HOW TO BUY STUFF
Making a purchase is very simple. Just take a look through our online shop, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. You can then modify the order quantities. Once each item is added to your basket you can choose to continue shopping or go to the checkout by clicking the respective buttons.

Once you have completed your shopping click on the checkout button, this will take you to our payment service where you can enter your payment details that we need to complete your order. We accept credit and debit card payment plus Paypal and Personal Cheque. After entering your payment details choose your method of payment and follow the online instructions.

Our online transactions are administered by Paypal on thier secure servers. We do not take your credit card details at any point. This provides a high level of security, keeping your details safe.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
The postage and packaging cost is shown along side each item in your basket. The costs are based upon UK postcodes. For other countries please contact us by email before ordering for your p&p cost.

PACKING MATERIALS POLICY
We try to use as much recycled and reclaimed material as we can, especially large cardboard packaging. Therefore larger postal packages may be delivered in re-used cardboard boxes and material. This may not look quite as slick as a tailor made box but we feel that it is a much preffered method. It is hugley beneficial to the environment to reduce the amount of new packaging that is generated plus as we can often obtain 'once-used' packaging cheaply we can pass on a lower delivery cost to you. We also encourage you to re-use all our packaging yourself. You will be helping the environment and saving money, which has always got to be a good thing!

DELIVERY TIMESCALES
We keep things as simple as possible so that we can fulfil your order as quickly as possible, and work in as stress free way as possible! We aim to process your order within 3 working days in the UK, however it is usually less. If an item is out of stock it will be displayed as such in the shop area. Where an item has to be made to order it will be indicated in the shop before you purchase, and made within 7-10 working days, again, usually less.

VAT CHARGES
As a small scale family business we are not currently required to register for VAT. All our prices therefore do not require VAT adding to them. The price you see is the price you pay. This applies to orders received from within the UK, the European Union and other world territories.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We use Paypal for taking credit card orders. When you purchase from our shop you are connected to thier secure servers. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to thiers using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches Paypal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Paypal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.

GUARANTEE
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Most of our items are handmade and therefore bear the idiosyncracies of the hands that made them. This is what makes our items unique and special. If however you are not satisfied that your item is in working order or has a manufacturing fault we will provide a full 30-day no quibble guarantee.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, simply return the item to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
